Job Details: Technicians work in a mobile workshop providing wheel refinishing and straightening repairs. Training is a paid, two-week program conducted out of town in Cedar Rapids, IA, with hotel expenses and meal reimbursements covered. After training, travel is required to different cities on scheduled routes, with all equipment provided and gas reimbursed. Occasionally, assistance in other routes may be needed, with overnight stays paid for outside the territory.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a professional environment
• Answer questions about refinishing & straightening processes
• Use Re Con Pro  software for customer invoicing
• Repair wheel finishes and straighten bent wheels
• Negotiate with customers to complete sales while maintaining satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Insurable on commercial fleet insurance
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
