As an Electronic Engineer in the Aftermarket Enhancements Engineering group, you will be responsible for CAT Technology Aftermarket Enhancements products with a strong focus electrical and electronic hardware system integration. Assists in the design, development, testing and manufacturing of electronic systems and other components for use within equipment or machinery.

*** Participating in the testing of electronic prototypes to ensure quality and safety in products.
* Assisting in the development and design of electronic prototypes using established theories and practices.
* Designing systems, components and devices that are consisting of electrical and electronic technology.
* Supporting internal and external manufacturing facilities that manufacture or install electronic systems and components.

Knowledge of mechanical engineering processes, techniques and methods; ability to design and implement machines and other mechanical devices that safely realize a desired objective or invention.
** Top Candidates Will Also Have:
*** Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
* Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical design and development strength
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Requires strong technical leadership skills.
* Previous experience in Pro/E or Creo modeling and simulation tools
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
* Highly skilled at using common office software and strong documentation practices
* Experience with Environmental validation, EMC testing, Safety and Regulatory Compliance
* Progressive electrical & electronics development in an engineering role relating to at least some of the following: engine systems, machine control systems, generator set control, component development and system integration

** Summary Pay Range:**$89,210.00 - $Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
