System Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to support the integration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex automotive and embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems engineering, subsystem integration, verification & validation (V&V), CAN communication, diagnostics, and root cause analysis within automotive, autonomous vehicle, or embedded system environments.

The engineer will collaborate closely with software, hardware, testing, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration of system components, validate functionality, and resolve integration‑related issues across the product lifecycle.

• Support end‑to‑end system integration activities for embedded and automotive systems.
• Analyze and validate system behavior across software, hardware, and network interfaces.
• Perform subsystem and vehicle‑level integration testing and debugging.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues using CAN logs, diagnostics tools, and system traces.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures, performance issues, and field problems.
• Collaborate with software, validation, and systems engineering teams to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Develop and maintain system integration test plans, test procedures, and validation reports.
• Ensure traceability between system requirements, test cases, and validation activities across the V-model lifecycle.
• Support verification & validation (V&V) activities including regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Participate in cross‑functional design reviews, issue tracking, and technical discussions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and robustness.
• Support change management, issue tracking, and configuration management processes.

• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering and System Integration processes.
• Experience with automotive or embedded systems integration.
• Knowledge of CAN communication protocols and diagnostics.
• Experience with verification & validation (V&V) methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with debugging tools, log analysis, and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system requirements management and traceability.
• Understanding of the V‑model development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, embedded software, or autonomous systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, Jira, DOORS, Vector tools, or similar.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration, systems engineering, or embedded systems.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS domains preferred.

• Experience with autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Exposure to functional safety concepts.
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink or embedded
