Field Service Engineer – Cardiac Ablation Solutions

Travel:
Over 75% travel, including overnight stays

• Perform installations, inspections, verification, corrective and preventive maintenance on CAS Affera systems.
• Maintain and submit technical records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Provide field experience feedback to colleagues, update databases, and contribute to service processes.
• Offer input to engineering and manufacturing for product upgrades.
• Develop and deliver technical training to distributors, partners, agents, and technical representatives.
• Assist in smooth introductions of new products to customers through design improvement discussions.
• Analyze technical data to identify trends related to Affera products.
• Participate in special projects as requested by the US Field Service Manager.
• Provide technical training to physicians, EP technicians, and department managers at customer sites.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of technical, clinical field service, internship, or clinical customer support experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to apply engineering principles (electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, biomedical) without complete technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, technical diagnosis, and communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Flexibility to travel frequently, including possible international visits.
• Independent, self‑motivated work style with minimal supervision.
• Extensive direct, face‑to‑face customer interaction experience.
• Customer‑focused approach to develop plans that increase confidence and satisfaction with Affera products and services.
