Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take on a leadership role where you can drive projects, mentor teams, and make a real impact?
I’m partnered with a highly respected, global MEP consulting firm that is continuing to grow their Chicago office and is looking to bring on a Supervising Electrical Engineer to lead complex, high‑profile projects.
This is a hybrid role offering strong flexibility, leadership visibility, and the opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging projects in the industry.

- Serve as Engineer of Record and provide technical leadership across projects
- Oversee design production including calculations, layouts, and specifications
- Manage and mentor engineering staff and support team development
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee QA/QC and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in business development and client relationship management
- Support construction administration, field investigations, and project execution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of experience within an MEP consulting environment
- PE license required
- Strong hands‑on experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams
- Strong client‑facing skills and technical leadership experience
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
CompensationCompetitive base salary + bonus
(Target range: $110K–$180K+ depending on experience)
