The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing international engineering and automation-focused organization seeking a Controls & Systems Engineer to support complex industrial systems, integration, commissioning, and technical problem solving efforts within a rapidly expanding U.S. operation.
This opportunity sits within a highly technical and fast-growing environment supporting advanced manufacturing and automation initiatives. The team is looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working cross-functionally with customers and internal engineering teams, and operating within a hands-on, solutions-oriented environment.
This is a highly visible role with strong long-term growth potential as the organization continues investing heavily into U.S. expansion efforts.
Desired Qualifications &
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant engineering or technical experience preferred
- Backgrounds within controls engineering, automation, systems integration, field engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, or related technical environments
- Experience supporting complex industrial systems and troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, and service teams
