$80K–$120K + Bonus | 4-Day Work Week
Our client is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Designer ready to step into a Design Manager role with a family‑owned contractor that prioritizes balance, stability, and growth
.
- 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs) +
100% paid health insurance - NICET paid sponsorship
- Up to 4 weeks PTO + paid family leave

- Lead sprinkler design projects
- Review plans, assign work, mentor team
- Work directly with contractors and leadership
- 5 to 10 years fire sprinkler design experience
- AutoCAD / Hydra
CAD / Sprink
CAD preferred - NICET certification
