Engineering Manager | CNC Manufacturing
Compensation: $110K – $130K
.
Onsite role in Central Illinois. Full relocation assistance available.
- Engineering leadership & department strategy
- CNC manufacturing process optimization & continuous improvement initiatives
- Programming, cycle time reduction, tooling performance, and setup improvements
- Team leadership, training, coaching, and performance development
- Project management, documentation, process controls & engineering standards
- Driving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence across the shop floor
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 6+ years of CNC manufacturing / engineering leadership experience
- Strong background in G‑Code programming, process engineering, tooling, blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining operations
- Experience leading teams, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and improving production performance
- Bonus:
Experience with Plex software, NDT inspections, 5S methodology, and advanced manufacturing process improvements
