As an Avionics Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair avionics systems that are malfunctioning in customer aircraft.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems, including FMS, Satcom, radar, autopilot, communications, navigation, and IFE systems.
• Perform electrical/avionics installations, including routing and connecting wiring, aligning components, and fabricating wiring harnesses.
• Conduct system testing, continuity checks, and assist in complex electrical troubleshooting.
• Document all work accurately and adhere to FAA, manufacturer, and industry standards.
• Operate hand/power tools and electrical test equipment, following proper safety and procedural guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Formal avionics systems and electronics education/training.
• Minimum 1‑3 years of related avionics experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours), lift 50 pounds unassisted, walk, bend, stretch, and climb ladders to service aircraft.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Maintenance experience with Falcon, Lear, Challenger, Embraer, Cessna, and/or Hawker airframes.
• Knowledge of power sources, bonding and grounding techniques.
• Knowledge of both electrical and electronic theories, and ability to understand and follow wiring diagrams.
• Analytical skills to perform complex mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent hand‑to‑eye coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills to interface with customers and employees.
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and FCC Repairmen License are preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer locations or other Standard Aero facilities.
