Position

YOUR ROLE AT REEL USA

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work with a multidisciplinary team on the design, integration, and implementation of major tailor-made mechanical equipment's to the strictest specifications of our customers

HOW YOUR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Mechanical design of equipment (mechanisms, structures, ergonomics, machine safety);
• 3D modeling;
• Calculations and sizing of structures and mechanisms;
• Selection of commercial components with specifications / technical specifications;
• Development of technical documents.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the design of structures or mechanically welded assemblies
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Knowledge of ASME standards for design and fabrication
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good knowledge of Autocad and Inventor software (an asset)
• Knowledge of STAAD, ANSYS, MATHCAD, S-FRAME software (an asset)
