BEAR Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of solar construction projects. This role assists with project coordination, scheduling, permitting, procurement, documentation, and closeout across active renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers and field teams with daily project execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, material tracking, and project reporting
- Coordinate workflows across civil, mechanical, electrical, and testing scopes
- Support safety compliance and quality control efforts
- 2+ years of construction or related industry experience preferred
- Solar or renewable energy project experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
