Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage municipal infrastructure and public works projects.
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders throughout planning, permitting, and construction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients and community stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide visible business development support and practice growth within the Illinois market.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT cert.
- Experience managing municipal infrastructure and public works projects.
- Knowledge of Illinois municipal processes, permitting requirements, and agency coordination.
- Experience with water, wastewater, roadway, stormwater, or utility improvement projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
