• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT cert
• Experience managing municipal infrastructure and public works projects
• Knowledge of Illinois municipal processes, permitting requirements, and agency coordination
• Experience with water, wastewater, roadway, stormwater, or utility improvement projects
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients and community stakeholders
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
