Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance asset performance across a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. In this role, you will design and implement data-driven reliability and maintenance strategies for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and vertical transportation. You will analyze failure trends, optimize preventive and predictive maintenance, and lead root cause analyses to increase uptime and reduce lifecycle costs.

Partnering closely with facility managers, vendors, and project teams, you will use CMMS tools, KPIs, and continuous improvement methods to support high-profile clients, sustainability goals, and innovative, technology-enabled solutions in the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve uptime and reduce lifecycle costs for building systems and equipment.
  • Analyze asset performance data, failures, and work orders to identify trends and root causes.
  • Lead and support root cause analyses and corrective action plans for recurring equipment issues.
  • Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs using RCM and industry best practices.
  • Maintain asset and maintenance data in CMMS/EAM systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Define and track reliability KPIs and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with facility managers, engineering, vendors, and project teams to execute reliability improvements.
  • Support capital planning, asset replacement recommendations, and budget forecasts based on lifecycle analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client standards in all reliability initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, sustainability, and technology-enabled solutions across JLL portfolios.
