Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a "Hardware" Field Services Engineer located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service in the field on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting capabilities
- BMET , Xray or other complex medical device repair experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field experience preferred
