ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Surveillance Agent conducts covert surveillance across the casino property to protect company assets using video and audio monitoring systems. This role ensures the integrity of gaming operations, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies while supporting training efforts and promoting quality guest service.
- Monitor guests and team members throughout the casino
- Observe and record table games, electronic gaming devices, count room, and cage activities to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Review, document, and report surveillance footage and incidents as requested
- Identify and report policy violations, procedural breaches, and suspicious or illegal activity
- Capture photographs and video for incident documentation
- Assist the Surveillance Supervisor with training and development
- Maintain knowledge of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and internal controls
- Deliver professional internal and external guest service
Follow all safety and security protocols
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered
- Minimum of one year of casino surveillance or gaming‑related experience
