• Demonstrate greeting all bank customers upon entry in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate a teller window to process a variety of transactions within established guidelines, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, credit card payments and other transactions.
• Enter customers’ transactions into the computer to record transactions and issue receipts.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts; place holds on accounts as appropriate.
• Order daily supply of cash, count cash intake, balance currency, coins, and checks in the cash drawer, and reconcile with system totals.
• Maintain good customer relations by providing courteous, efficient service and identifying cross-sale opportunities by referring customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Record customer interactions in the bank's CRM platform.
