Financial Controller

Remote / Hybrid | Minimal Travel | Multi-Office Oversight

We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Controller to oversee financial operations across several offices within a growing industrial services organization. This role serves as the primary finance leader for the region, partnering closely with General Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong cash performance, and disciplined project accounting.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project/construction‑style accounting, including cash management, percentage‑of‑completion (POC) methodologies, and project profitability analysis, along with hands‑on leadership of day‑to‑day accounting functions such as AP, AR, billing, and payroll.

This is a highly collaborative role that supports both operational leaders and the Corporate Controller. In addition to regional oversight, the Controller will participate in technical accounting matters and play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses as the company continues executing its acquisition strategy.

This position is remote or hybrid with limited travel and no requirement to report daily to a central office.
