Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, who will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting, with a strong focus on deepening analytical insights and improving operational efficiency while leading the development of scalable financial processes.

• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, leading quarterly and annual reporting cycles
• Develop financial models to project growth and key business drivers
• Build business cases to support investments and strategic initiatives
• Analyze and forecast cash flow trends to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Translate operational performance metrics into meaningful insights to support forecasting and management decision‑making
• Prepare detailed cost‑center analysis, reporting, and management commentary
• Identify and recommend productivity improvements and cost‑saving opportunities
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or relevant years experience in finance
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skill set, supported by experience with BI, reporting, and data tools
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Effective relationship builder with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• High commercial acumen and understanding of growth‑oriented business models
• Advanced Excel and data skills, including the use of AI capabilities to automate and scale analysis
