We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization. This role will play a critical part in analyzing business results, developing financial models, and providing insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a business‑partner mindset and can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be located in the Elgin/Chicago area or in commutable distance. The Hybrid work schedule is 3 days per week onsite and two days off site and available for more or on site meetings as the business requires.

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key trends and drivers
• Build and maintain financial models to support pricing, margin, and scenario analysis
• Prepare management and executive‑level reporting with clear narrative and visuals
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making
• Improve FP&A processes through automation and standardization
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience with financial planning, consolidation, or performance management tools (e.g., One Stream, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
