Investment Banking Analyst; Elite Boutique

We are seeking a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of investment banking experience and a strong foundation in M&A execution and financial analysis.

• Support execution of sell‑side and buy‑side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Prepare client‑facing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentations
• Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business development
• Manage data rooms, diligence requests, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors
• Work closely with Associates and senior bankers in fast‑paced, lean deal teams

• 1–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and perform under tight deadlines

• Early exposure to live transactions with meaningful responsibility
