Job Description
Staff Accountant Senior
LHH Solutions is a leading HR Solutions firm based and currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with over 8 years in the field to join the dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex functions and data analysis, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with cross‑functional teams and provide clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports and analyze variances.
- Provide expert support for audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial issues and optimize processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and flexible approach to changing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
