DescriptionMortgage Community Bank (MCB) seeks a Corporate Loan Document Imaging Specialist to manage all aspects of loan imaging, including preparation, scanning, and indexing of customer and loan files to ensure regulatory and audit compliance and timely accessibility of information.
Job SummaryResponsible for evaluating commercial and consumer loans, ensuring all documents and due diligence items are fully imaged. Identify and address missing items, taking appropriate action to obtain necessary documentation to minimize potential discrepancies or risk to the bank.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain understanding of lending operations, loan documentation, collateral lien perfection, disclosures, title insurance, UCC filing, lending policies and procedures, and relevant banking laws.
- Perform quality review of loan packages (electronic and paper) to verify document accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work closely with loan officers, loan assistants, and other departments to maintain file integrity.
- Establish document tracking requirements per loan approval and the Business Loan Agreement.
- Review existing processes and procedures; collaborate with management on improvement initiatives.
- Assist with various commercial loan operations projects as requested.
- Ensure privacy and integrity of all documents.

Physical Demands- Climbing, reaching, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly).
- Repetitive motions, close visual acuity required.
- Moderate noise level.
- Employees working 7½ continuous hours or more must take a 30‑minute uninterrupted lunch break no later than 5 hours after beginning their work day.
- Essential:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BSA and other bank‑related training through BAI required annually
- Desirable:
- Some college education
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Banking experience
- Loan documentation experience
- Relevant computer skills
