We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Financial Consultant on our TRATON USA's R&D Team.
Responsibilities- Lead monthly financial, operational, and board review preparations
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop complex financial models
- Create and present financial insights to support and influence strategic decision-making
- Prepare financial forecast, trend evaluations, and fluctuation analysis
- Proactively identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive planning and forecasting cycles (Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, and monthly forecasts)
- Oversee R&D program approvals and provide management support
- Lead capital project assessments and business case development
- Manage headcount forecasting, analyze resource utilization, and develop relevant performance metrics
- Support the implementation of best-practice financial tools and processes to deliver efficiency improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience
- OR
- Master's degree
- At least 3 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience
- OR
- At least 8 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience

- Strong background in financial analysis and modeling
- Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
- Action-oriented, with a sense of urgency and accountability
