* Take responsibility and accountability in following all service standards set forth by the credit union; provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
* Performs teller duties: process member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
* Assists members with opening and closing accounts, and addresses and resolves member problems, inquiries, or complaints.
* Assist applicants with consumer and mortgage loan applications and questions. Explain loan programs, options, and requirements. NMLS is required.
* Promote the credit union's products and services based on member needs and identifying opportunities. Actively participate in developing new business for the credit union
* Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in all areas.
* Stays abreast of emerging financial trends to better meet members' needs.
* Accountable for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals and participating in team sales and referral goals.
* Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union 1 products, services, procedures while staying informed of all policy and procedural changes
* Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by keeping information confidential.
* Performs other duties as necessary or directed.
