Senior Financial Analyst

Northwest Suburbs of Chicago | Full-Time | In Office (5 Days per Week)

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with leadership to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance initiatives. This role offers excellent visibility across the organization and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business decisions.

• Analyze financial results and trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers
• Develop financial models and management reports
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus
