Position Overview

As a Teller within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Springfield, IL.
Job Description- Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identifies banking opportunities to refer as appropriate.
- Engages customers meaningfully, making appropriate referrals to branch staff and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $15.38 – $21.15. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
