Escrow Coordinator – The Title Center – Springfield, Illinois (In Office)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Escrow Coordinator to join our team in the Springfield branch. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate coordination, processing, and disbursement of escrow transactions. • Play a key role in managing escrow transactions from start to finish
• Work closely with Settlement Officers and internal teams on high-impact closings
• Gain exposure to both financial operations and real estate processes

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
• Review escrow orders and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Initiate and process wire transfers and deposits
• Monitor disbursement timelines and manage escrow workflow
• Coordinate closely with Settlement Officers to support closings
• Handle customer inquiries and support reconciliation and reporting activities
• Process payments, invoices, and assist with billing follow-ups

• 3+ years of experience in real estate closings, loan processing, or accounting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of financial processes, ledgers, and reconciliation
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Proficiency with business systems;
  Soft Pro experience is a plus
• Ability to identify risk and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
