Chase - 200 South Dirksen Parkway - Responsibilities:
Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check-in and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members to meet financial goals;
Assist with branch operations and cash handling activities including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM in accordance with policies
