Tax Analyst – Team Lead

• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Analyze tax data to identify trends and improve reporting
• Deliver insights that drive informed business decisions
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support
• Review team reporting and analyses for quality, accuracy and data integrity
• Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of analyst experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
• Knowledge in Power BI a plus
• Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
• Must work on-site

Demonstrates expertise in team leadership and development, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting accuracy, and process improvement. Proficient in SQL and Excel, with the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
