Aboutthe Role
Under direction, serves as a Grant Fiscal Analyst; independently performs complex duties of grant fiscal and programmatic operations. Reviews grant reporting, invoicing, and budget submissions for accuracy, completeness, internal controls, and strategic goals. Assists in developing grantee fiscal training to inform grantees of changes in federal, state and/or agency procedures.
Minimum Qualifications- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, supplemented by a master's degree in business or public administration, with coursework in areas such as economic theory, accounting and finance, organizational theory, and operations research.
- Requires three (3) years progressively responsible professional experience in management operations analysis.
- Two (2) years professional experience utilizing the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) and grantmaking processes for a public and private organization.
- Three (3) years of professional experience establishing and maintaining funding for programs for a public or private organization.
- Three (3) years of professional experience exercising independent judgment in the review and evaluation of grants, including ensuring compliance with established policies, rules, standards, and contractual requirements, and providing recommendations.
- Two (2) years of professional experience analyzing and evaluating programs and operations for a public or private organization.
- Two (2) years of professional experience working with program objectives for community agencies that develop public policy for disability programs.
Requires the ability to utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe PDF, and Docu Sign to create documents such as spreadsheets and other reporting documents.…
