CONCILIADOR LABORAL – 22750 (Class Code: 22750)

Oficina de Downtown Springfield, IL, Sangamon County.

$6,820 – $9,875 per month

• Assist the Equal Pay Section in recovering unpaid wages as required by various laws.
• Investigate, research, and analyze alleged violations of the Equal Pay Act independently.
• Prepare communications and reports related to cases.
• Resolve claims through conciliation and complete assigned work in a professional and timely manner.

• Minimum of one year experience conducting investigations, hearings, and conferences.
• Minimum of one year experience processing and storing confidential documents.
• Ability to work overtime, use state‑provided phone and laptop, travel as necessary, lift within restrictions, and obtain required background verification and disclosure.
