Agreement Analyst - (Engineering Technician IV)
The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking to hire an Agreement Analyst. This position is accountable for the analysis, technical examination, and review of joint state/local public agency (LPA) funding agreements and LPA/consultant engineering agreements for all local transportation projects implemented under various state and federal programs administered by the Bureau of Local Roads and Streets (BLRS). This position is also accountable for post letting activities, including securing LPA award concurrences, preparing post-letting modified project agreements (MPA), and award notices for local road and bridge projects placed on state lettings.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $5,082 monthly; full range: $5,082 - $9,309 monthly. This position is a union position; therefore, provisions of the relevant collective bargaining agreement/labor contract apply to the filling of this position.
