Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized professional, and results oriented individual to serve as a Senior Public Service Administrator (Monitoring Administrator). Essential

Functions
  • As Monitoring Administrator, formulates, designs, and directs the implementation of policies and procedures regarding monitoring services related to guardianship and adoption action planning and licensing action planning.
  • Directs, plans, and manages Tragedy Reviews and action plan execution.
  • Serves as full line supervisor.
  • Represents the Deputy Director and the Department before other state, federal agencies, privateorganizations, elected officials, courts, and lay groups with regard to permanency-related issues.
  • Serves as Master Trainer in designated areas.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
