Located in the heart of a bustling outdoor shopping destination, our studio is where beauty meets energy. With constant foot traffic, loyal clientele, and a reputation for elevated results, we specialize in luxury lash extensions and glow-boosting Hydrafacials—and we’re growing.

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed Lash Artist / Esthetician who loves making clients feel confident, refreshed, and effortlessly beautiful.

• Create customized lash extension sets with precision and artistry
• Provide a high-end, welcoming client experience from start to finish
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend services/products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Experience with lash extensions (preferred, but we’re open to training the right person)
• Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
• Consistent marketing of skills to create/build their book of business while supporting Deka Lash
• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
• A warm, friendly personality with a client-first mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

You are paid the GREATER of your hourly rate or 30% commission on all services and product sales, per payperiod
