Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 10 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
- Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission).
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Hospital Sisters Health System.

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
