Hourly Rate: $19.50- $20.10

Are you a Direct Support Professional or student studying psychology, elementary or special education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or other related fields looking to gain experience with children with developmental disabilities? • Work directly 1:1 in a group home setting with children with developmental disabilities
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• A Valid Driver’s License
• Successful background clearance, physical, agility test, and drug/alcohol screening.
• Lift, push, pull and/ or carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, grasp, reach, stoop, crouch, crawl and run.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with children.
