Job Description

Only external applicants are eligible for a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. The bonus is paid in two installments: $1,500 after 30 days of employment and $1,500 after six months.
Essential Duties- Provide direct supervision of all outpatient counselors and case managers.
- Clinically manage the outpatient program.
- Oversee the provision of quality clinical services and compliance with SUPR, USPO, and DCFS contractual obligations, and all FGC policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective client care.
- Coordinate with facility support services to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Ensure the clinic is consistently open for service on time and appropriately staffed.
- Assess and continuously improve the performance of care and services provided.
- Review and approve or disapprove continuing stay reviews at required intervals depending on level of care.
- Supervise documentation to ensure it reflects services and care provided to patients.
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with on‑call availability. Evenings, weekends, and additional hours are required. Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate$50,000‑$55,000, based on experience and certifications.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, OR a minimum of five years’ experience in evidence‑based substance use disorder treatment services.
- Master’s degree in public health, administration, public policy, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience in behavioral health, community health outreach, substance‑use harm reduction, withdrawal management programs, medication‑assisted treatment, and/or mobile healthcare services.
- IAO‑DAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) required.
- Preferred: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW licensure.
