Speech Language Pathologist; SLP - Pediatrics Outpatient Therapy

About the Role

Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.

This position qualifies for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

• Conduct assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Select and develop appropriate materials and instrumentation for prevention and intervention.
• Collaborate with patients and relevant others in the planning process.
• Administer standardized testing to assess level of function compared to age-related norms.
• Coordinate with pediatric PT/OT on treatment interventions.
• Complete daily documentation and charging in therapy EMR.
• Complete annual requirements as per therapy clinical ladder for senior status, including supervision of students, completing an approved project, and one in-service training.
