Bright Star Care of Naperville / Oakbrook is looking for a LIVE IN caregiver.

• You will live with the client until they end care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes observed to office and nurse.
• Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping the client’s home neat and tidy.
• Preferred drivers – able to take client to appointments or run errands.
• Okay with working with pets (not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and de-escalating skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transferring, and gait belts.
• Must be a driver.
