Patient Access Specialist — Front Desk & Scheduling Pro

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Specialist (PAS) to ensure seamless patient access in our office environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in-person. The PAS will manage incoming calls, assist patients as their first point of contact, and coordinate communications across our call center and front desk.

Qualified candidates must be high school graduates or have a GED, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in typing. A strong understanding of billing and insurance principles is also crucial.
