Bilingual Patient & Scheduling Specialist

Esperanza Health Centers seeks a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to provide exceptional service and support to patients at our Little Village location in Illinois. As the first point of contact, the PSR will assist with administrative tasks, manage appointment scheduling, and facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff.

This position requires a minimum of one year in an administrative role, a high school diploma, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The PSR will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and ensure proper insurance and financial handling.
