Medical Assistant- Part-Time

Join our growing team as a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant. You will play a vital role in supporting our psychiatric clinic operations and ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

• Patient Intake: Room patients, obtain vitals, and update histories in the EMR.
• Clinical Support: Manage patient flow and assist with administrative tasks (labs, referrals, and prior authorizations).
• Specialized Care: Support Spravato/TMS services (we provide the training!).
• Environment: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe clinical space.

• Experience: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with EMR systems and detail-oriented charting. Experience with Headway and/or therapynotes would be ideal.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, professionalism, and a genuine comfort working in a mental health setting.
