Overview

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Springfield, Illinois.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in home health settings.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans, perform functional assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document progress to support patient safety and independence in the home.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
• Orientation: 5 days.
• Experience:
  
  Home health experience preferred; candidates new to the setting will be considered.

• Previous home health clinical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with home health documentation and billing practices preferred.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday.
• EMR:
  Home Care Home Base.
• Orientation period: 5 days.
• Productivity target: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
