We are seeking a motivated and organized Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic weight loss clinic. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and administering injections.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for lab testing.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks).
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care.

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with eClinical
  
  Works EMR a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
