Schedule:
4-5 days per week; 8a-5p - at least 8 weeks of coverage

- Average Daily Volume: 25 patients/day
- Case Mix:
Wound care cases (chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds) - Supervise HBOs
- EMR System:
Epic - Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office Staff
- Supervision of HBO for head-to-toe diagnosis
- HBO preadmission evaluation, work-up, and clearance to start HBO therapy
- Wound debridement
- Bedside incision and drainage of abscesses
- Wound VAC placement and management
- Suturing and staple placement/removal
- Tissue biopsies
- Application of skim subs
- Management of ostomies
- Vascular Lymphatic workup assessment management
- Hospital Privileges
Required:
No
- Board: BC/BE
- Licenses: IL or IMLC
- Certifications:
BLS
- Provide comprehensive wound care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Perform wound assessments, debridement, and advanced dressing changes
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute wounds
- Collaborate with nursing staff, office personnel, and referring providers
- Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
