Enhance Rehabilitation is looking for qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in Springfield, Illinois. You will provide individualized care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, evaluating and treating patients as per individualized care plans.
This role requires collaboration with other facility staff to ensure excellent service and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and strong communication skills. You will also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
