Position: Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Madison, Illinois

Overview

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work mainly with an elementary caseload, providing services that can make a lasting difference for students.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) consideration
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
  • Skills in teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists for best student outcomes
  • Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Supporting the district’s mission to provide quality education services
