Senior Activity Therapy Program Manager

County Of Rock Island is seeking an Activity Therapy Supervisor who will plan, direct, and coordinate activity therapy programs for offenders and mentally ill inmates. The job includes managing lower-level activity therapy staff and ensuring the programs meet therapeutic and recreational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or undergraduate degree in recreation or a specialty area, along with relevant activity therapy experience. This position requires excellent supervisory skills and knowledge of budgeting and inventory control.
