** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
** Prairieview Lutheran Homes is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing facility, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. This position requires flexibility to meet patient needs while delivering exceptional care and promoting positive outcomes in a collaborative healthcare environment.## Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in skilled nursing and outpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not required. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
